Davido has officially revealed his political views on the 2023 presidential election and disclosed that he didn’t support any candidate in the just concluded election.
The music star was not online during the general elections, so he was not one of the famous people who got much criticism for their political opinions or preferences. But, his followers and the media still wanted to know who he supported.

He was recently questioned on Channel4news whose leader he supported, but he deftly wriggled his way out of the question by claiming to be a leader.
He discussed how difficult the electioneering season had been for Nigerians and was pleased that his most recent album, “Timeless,” had been well received despite being released at a time when there was widespread dissatisfaction with the electoral process.
“The elections were tough. It was a tough period for Nigerians. I’m happy that I dropped the album and it was accepted. I know people are still going through a lot in the country and everybody knows that even in the past I have been vocal about politics.”
Davido added; “I don’t blame. Some people have families, and children. Do you understand? Some people are built for it, some people are not and I can’t blame anybody. I’m sure everybody has their views personally, you know? And if you dint want to talk about it, it’s obvious where you stand.”
