The purchase comes just a week after Asake won two awards at the 16th annual Headies, Nigeria’s biggest music awards ceremony.
He took home the trophies for Album of the Year and Next Rated Artist, beating out some of the biggest names in Nigerian music, including Burna Boy, Omah Lay, and Davido.
